SmackShot Retro Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026
Developer: Tiny Toad LLC

This policy covers SmackShot Retro, which appears as SmackShot on your iPhone.

Your pictures and data

SmackShot processes your pictures and effects on your device. It does not upload your photos, finished pictures, or gameplay to Tiny Toad. The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking, and does not collect device identifiers or usage data. Tiny Toad does not sell information from SmackShot.

Camera and Photos

SmackShot requests camera permission when you choose to take a picture. The picture becomes your canvas in the app; it is not automatically saved or sent anywhere.

When you choose an existing picture, Apple's system photo picker gives SmackShot access to the picture you select. The app does not request permission to browse your entire photo library.

SmackShot does not maintain a saved project history or its own image library. When you choose Save to Photos, it requests permission to add your finished picture to Photos. This permission does not grant access to read the rest of your library.

Pictures you save remain in Photos until you delete them there. iCloud Photos syncing, backups, and sharing through other apps follow your Apple settings and the services you choose. You can change SmackShot's camera and Photos permissions in the Settings app.

Optional support and website visits

If you email denis@tinytoad.games, Tiny Toad receives your email address, message, and anything you include so we can respond. Sending a message is optional. Please include only information you want to share. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of your support correspondence.

Support links open your browser or email app. Those interactions are separate from SmackShot's on-device editing. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes connection information needed to serve and protect the website; your email provider handles email delivery.
