Doozles Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using Doozles | Doodle Puzzles ("Doozles"), provided by Tiny Toad LLC ("Tiny Toad," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Doozles, you agree to these terms.

Apple App Store Terms

Doozles is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple processes downloads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions. Unless Tiny Toad provides a separate custom end-user license agreement in App Store Connect, Doozles is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement:

If these terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's terms control where required.

Use of Doozles

Doozles is a family-friendly puzzle and drawing game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it in a way that violates laws or the rights of others.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Doozles offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Purchases may unlock art packs, membership features, or other paid content shown in the app. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing questions according to your App Store account settings and Apple's terms. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

If a purchase does not appear in the app, use Restore Purchases in Doozles. If you still need help, contact denis@tinytoad.games.

Content and Intellectual Property

Doozles, including its artwork, drawings, music, sounds, interface, text, and other content, is owned by Tiny Toad LLC or its licensors. You may share artwork created through the app using the normal sharing features in Doozles for personal, non-commercial purposes. These terms do not give you ownership of Tiny Toad's app, source code, artwork library, brand, or other intellectual property.

Privacy

Doozles stores gameplay progress, settings, unlocked content state, and similar app data on your device. Some purchase-related information may be validated through Apple and RevenueCat so the app can unlock purchased content. Please review the Doozles Privacy Policy: https://tinytoad.games/privacy

Availability, Warranty, and Liability

We may update, change, remove, or discontinue parts of Doozles over time. Doozles is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tiny Toad LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of Doozles.

Children and Families

Doozles is designed to be appropriate for families and children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's device use, purchases, and subscription settings.
